However, when your anxiety, helplessness or sadness is a persistent factor in your life, it needs to be addressed for your health and happiness to re-appear. Ignored issues and unhelpful thought patterns can develop over time, making it difficult to break out of negative cycles. What will Mindset Makeover help you with?
4 sessions allow us to discuss what has been holding you back from making impactful changes, identify key areas that need improvement and agree what progress are you looking for. You'll gain clarity, self awareness and will feel supported in implementing changes. I will give you guidance to sustain positive momentum beyond our sessions. You can expect a judgment-free zone, a calm supportive presence, and my full attention. We’ll get to the heart of what you’re facing so you can gain awareness, feel empowered to take back control over your emotional wellbeing.
What to expect?
My goal is to create a judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. In our four 60-minute video sessions, I will listen to you with compassion to understand your unique situation and challenges.
Together, we will pinpoint your core issues, identify limiting beliefs, and unhelpful patterns that may be contributing to feelings of stress, anxiety or low mood. I will offer insight into the root causes and work collaboratively with you to identify actionable solutions. My approach is based on principles of CBT and is focused on providing the support and practical tools to help you re-frame your thinking. Our sessions will be tailored to you and your unique circumstances.
What to Expect During Each Session?
Session 1:
We will discuss your situation and identify the root causes of your stress, anxiety or low mood. We will discuss how they contribute to your overall wellbeing, your life satisfaction and your relationships.
Session 2:
We will delve deeper into your thoughts and behavioural patterns and identify what changes you need and why. We will begin to develop an action plan tailored to you, one that fits with your circumstances and your schedule. We will agree on some first action steps.
Session 3:
We will check on your progress on how you have been feeling and what has worked and what didn't. We will then fine-tune your action plan. You can ask any questions you have. That will solidify strategies and skills needed to help you feel confident in moving forward.
Session 4:
An opportunity to discuss further progress and help you navigate through any concerns on how to approach current or future life challenges. Guide on creating healthy habits and a routine that serves you in your personal and professional relationships.
