Each session is fully personalised to your situation and goals - whether you're navigating relationship challenges, rebuilding self-confidence, or simply seeking support to feel more emotionally balanced and in control.

What Will We Cover Together ?
Session 1:
We will discuss your situation and identify the root causes of your stress, anxiety or low mood. We will discuss how they contribute to your overall wellbeing, your life satisfaction and your relationships.

Session 2:
We will delve deeper into your thoughts and behavioural patterns and identify what changes you need and why. We will begin to develop an action plan tailored to you, one that fits with your personal circumstances. We will agree on some first steps.

Session 3:
We will check on your progress on how you have been feeling and what has worked and what didn't. We will practice methods that help you heal and discuss your action plan. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions. This session will solidify strategies and skills needed to help you feel confident in moving forward.

Session 4:
An opportunity to discuss current situation and any progress made. I will hold space to help you navigate through any concerns and approach current or future life challenges. Guide on creating boundaries and healthy habits to a routine that serves you in your personal and professional relationships.

Session 5
In this meeting we will have Boundary Setting Practice: Role-playing challenging scenarios and Confidence Building Exercises. There will be space for Real-World Application: Strategies for handling difficult conversations and managing conflict. You will get access to ​Resource Toolkit: materials and exercises for ongoing support.
